The Cervixens

We provide you with daily content and support as you journey through the 21 Days and beyond.

A word from Olivia Bryant (Director/Curator)

“This journey began at the end of 2015 when I was living in Bali. After a relationship ended, I put my things into storage, left my work and set off on a healing journey. I knew that something was happening in my pelvis. I felt so tense. A friend of mine who’s a clinical pilates instructor looked at me and said it was like my muscles were closing in. My body was reacting in response to the trauma of the past year. Literally, I was saying no.

So I went and had a de-armoring session in Bali with a Tantric bodyworker, Matt Schwenteck. In that session I discovered so much pain in my pelvis and also to my surprise, I had a completely numb cervix.  As a sexologist and sex nerd, I know the cervix to be a powerful place of pleasure and that it is highly innervated.

Determined to bring my cervix back to life, I created the first iteration of this project with Shae Elise Allen.  After eight months of work, play and exploration, my cervix woke up and my orgasmic capacity has shifted tremendously.

Now I’m joined by 1500 other women who are all interested in healing, learning and exploring the powerful and magical gateway of the cervix. In this work we are all teachers for each other.

I have curated a panel of contributors and experts to guide us along our way. This is a continually evolving work. What I’ve learnt during this journey is that it’s not about the destination. It’s about who you meet in yourself along the way.” – Olivia

FAQs

You sure can. If this is the case for you, we recommend working energetically with this part of your body. If you’ve lost your cervix due to an operation, you may still have areas of numbness and tension where the cervix was and this can be released and healed.

We have 1200 members in this group. Most have never journeyed in this way before. This is a gradual process and deeply supported work.

We close the container for 21 Days. After 21 Days, we have a buffer period of 4 – 5 weeks we talk about conscious relating and sexuality. Then the Journey begins again and we invite in more women who are aligned with the same intention to evolve and heal.

Get a glass wand from a sex shop or online store. We will send you a list of recommended products.

Yes, if you don’t feel comfortable stimulating your cervix, you can still massage the vagina.

You can do as much as little as you want but we’ll be encouraging to look into resistance.

The heart and soul of the work happens in the sharing space. We highly recommend you create an alias profile just for the purpose of doing this work. Once you have, please let us know what your alias name is so we can let you into the group.
The journey takes place over 21 Days however you can pick it up again when we run the next journey (approximately every 2- 3 months).

So you can do what feels right for you. It’s important we don’t push or stress ourselves. So we encourage you to watch the content that is relevant to you and allow for different kinds of practise to suit different days. On days where you  don’t want to work internally, we offer meditations (10 – 20 minutes). We recommend doing 2- 3 deep practises per week. Other days you may just want to de-armour and relax your entire body with some movement prescribed within the work.

In other words, it will be up to you to feel what works on different days.
