If you are reading all of this and thinking ‘that feels so far away from what I”ll ever experience’...I totally hear you. And I understand that it might feel like another thing to ‘achieve’ or like another inadequacy trigger. I understand because I felt this way for years.Even when I started teaching this work, I’d never experienced any kind of internal orgasm. I felt super stuck and like my orgasmic dreams would never happen for me (only for other people). But the one thing I had was curiosity.

I decided to play a different game. Instead of focusing on orgasm as the outcome I started to look at all the other things I was learning, feeling and experiencing and all the ways I’m healing and growing. Another way of saying this is to focus on what IS there rather than on what is lacking. Because ultimately this a sexual journey about love. Self love mostly. Because when you meet the inner critic that says ‘you should be able to do this’, you learn how to be kind to yourself. Or if you compare yourself to others and think ‘why aren’t I there yet?’, you learn to accept yourself.

From love and acceptance, your body begins to relax. When your body relaxes, pleasure can expand. So if you feel like you’re far away from having a psychedelic cervical orgasm - you’re not far away from deepening your pleasure, your love and your sense of sexual satisfaction that comes from a training like this.

One thing I will say though is Rapture is not for you if you’re a beginner and have never explored your sexual self before. A good foundation is our other programmes or any other work around your sexuality. What I won’t be teaching you in this course are tools for safety should trauma come up - we’ve covered all that in previous courses. So if you feel that might be you, check out our other offerings.
