You will not receive delivery if customs is waiting for a clearance payment from you, it will only be held for a short period before being returned to sender.


    Unfortunately the parcel is out of our hands once it it is dispatched by us and in the hands of your local customs and postal service. Shipping is not available to the UAE or South Africa.
