Inner child work is a way to address our emotional, vulnerable self. Many of our wounds are formed in childhood before we could fully understand or respond to situations in an empowered way. Through visualisation, we can reparent and give ourselves the love, attention and nurturing that we may not have received.
Use this meditation to explore the vulnerable places within you. When you feel afraid or ashamed, if you feel shut down or emotionally overwhelmed, step into being a loving parent for your inner child.
