We start to recognise red flags, we stop putting ourselves in situations that hurt us in order to prove we are love-able. We come to know who we are and trust our inner knowing.

Healing comes from doing self-acceptance work and making the relationship with YOU and your inner-child the number one relationship in your life.

A woman who is fulfilled in herself, radiates and emanates. She doesn’t have to overcompensate and give at the expense of her own energy and needs.

We begin to see our unhealthy choices with more clarity and instead choose to dedicate our time to relationships that nourish us, and we become better at prioritising our own needs.

For healthy love, we need to develop the capacity to be alone

It’s important for us to get comfortable being alone with ourselves, which is not always easy. Believe it or not, the capacity to stay with ourselves is paramount when it comes to intimacy and orgasm.

When we spend time alone, what emerges is a renewed and stronger sense of self. We can then choose how we allow others to relate to us but it has to begin with how we relate to ourselves.

As we learn to value ourselves, we learn to trust ourselves

When we Self-Partner, we choose to honour intuition and to take loving action that soothes the heart. The more we listen in, the more we learn to trust ourselves. From this place our bodies can relax into union with another.

This means we can’t avoid our feelings, we can’t suppress our voice. Our authenticity in life translates into authenticity in the bedroom – either way, we have to liberate ourselves and address the wounds that keep us stuck in shadow relating.

For sex to move from average to off the charts - the heart has to be open

Next-level sex brings the heart and the cervix together – love and desire. (We see this connection in modern science and Eastern tradition).

You can’t ignore the heart if you want an open orgasmic body.

Conscious intimacy requires us to set boundaries and make requests so we can relax into pleasure.

Here is what you can expect from our Self:Partnership™ course  

Week 1

Developing a Deep Relationship to Self

We introduce the principles of Self:Partnership which you’ll refer to throughout the course. We begin immediately with processes to bring you into closer relationship with yourself and your body, available to yourself and on the road to Self:Partnership.

  • Understand how to release emotional blocks from the body that keep unhealthy relating patterns in place
  • Learn a key to unhooking from others so that you can stand within yourself and own it all
  • Learn a process to help you reframe current relational challenges (with self or other) and let go of the past

Week 2

Reclaiming our Essence Through Reparenting

We were all born free from shame and self doubt. Somewhere along the way, we may have learnt that who we are is not enough and so we begin to repress our emotional world and true desires.

In this module we connect with our essence, our inner-child and learn to listen to the vulnerable places within that always have something to teach us about how to love.

Class 1

  • Learn about the ‘female codes’ and how to identify core shadow strategies in love
  • Understand what self-love really means so you know what to do and not to do in order to cultivate more of it
  • Connect to the inner-child and learn ways to reparent so that we stop seeking from others and expecting others to be everything for us
  • Learn the key ingredient that must be present in inner-child work for it to be practical and a key to evolution

Class 2 

  • Understand your heart wounds and core strategy
  • We look at how our wounds become our strengths and talents
  • Learn to listen to the voice of your wound
  • Understand how your wounds become a projection onto the world around you
  • Begin the process of forgiving parents and caregivers and move on from the past

Week 3

Healing the Abandonment Wound

Fear of being abandoned leads to abandoning ourselves. The need to belong and be loved from the outside, causes us to ignore our truth, to make others comfortable at our own expense, to not listen to our intuition or to place another on a pedestal.

Closely tied into the pleaser trait, self-abandoning behaviour ruins self esteem AND cuts off connection to the body. We take a good look at how we do this to ourselves and learn to come back home.

Class 1

  • Understand what the abandonment wound actually is
  • Understand the nature of dependency 
  • Understand key ways that we self-abandon and lose ourselves in relationship
  • Reclaim your intuition and knowing

Class 2

  • Understand intimacy in self-abandonment
  • Understand the impact on the nervous system
  • Learn how to deal with alone-ness
  • Learn how to move towards feeling whole
  • Learn to connect with your higher-self and your wisdom
  • Giving up the cycle of fixing and control for more ease and love
  • How to end self-sabotaging patterns

Week 4

Standing in our Value

When we stand in our value, we realise we are worthy regardless of the external circumstances. Partnered or alone, we are whole and completed, centered and filled with ourselves and our own love. This is the most powerful place to be. Boundaries and advocating for needs becomes easy simply because you are sovereign and not relying on others to love you or make you happy. You have your own back, and that will feel like enough.

Class 1

  • Understand the foundations of valuing yourself
  • Develop a loyal and trusting relationship with yourself that you will never betray
  • Understand how valuing yourself impacts your choices
  • Learn to lean back and receive
  • Step into self-loving actions
  • Understand the interaction between being powerful and graceful (and how to have both!)

Class 2

  • Transformational breathing  (1 hour long special class)

 

Week 5

Self:Partnership in Relationship

What is Self:Partnership in action? What does it mean for our relationships? Whether you are dating, choosing solo time or in a relationship, we are always relating to others.

In Self:Partnership we learn how to orient ourselves so that we act from an empowered place that mirrors our sense of self worth and high value.

Class 1

  • What shadow relating looks like and how to move into enlightening relating
  • Learn to feel when you’re out of alignment in relationship
  • Learn how to gracefully speak up for yourself
  • Get clear about what you allow in your life
  • Reflect and recap on core Self:Partnership values
  • Create a new template for love

Class 2

  • Integrate and recap the important teachings so that you can feel complete at the end of this journey
  • Interview with Dr Margaret Paul
