We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join the S:C team.

Instagram is our core social platform for visual expression and content for the brand and we are keen to further expand this with dynamic content, alongside collaborative partnerships to increase reach and help spread our mission far and wide.

It is important that you share a deep interest in the S:C work, with a passion for personal growth and spirituality to help us usher this pioneering work forward.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage social media strategy & schedule

• Creating social media content that follows S:C’s brand and vision

• Efficient with workflow processes and briefing the VA to upload the content

• Visually planning upcoming content, creating templates (Canva) and working with the designer for additional visual requirements

• Create reels and video snippets to be shared across platforms (e.g IG & YouTube)

• Contribute & drive new ideas to grow the social media account and stay up to date with the latest best practice and technologies

• Assist in responding to social media engagement (occasionally where required)

• Social media advertising stategy, management & optimisation

• Outreach & manage partnerships such as podcast pitching, collaborations

• Assist in writing PR material

• Organise and assist in affiliate contact, connection & briefing

• Write advertising copy

• Analyse campaign analytics & recommend optimisations

Skills & Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

• Experience in creating and managing social media content

• Strong skills in graphic and video editing

• Natural flair for creative copywriting

• Personable and good at relationship building

• Organisational skills (structure and organise your day & manage workflow processes)

• Shares high standards and able to implement strong values and attitudes in your work

• Ability to be flexible and move with grace through phases of high intensity and those that are more slower paced

• Strong initiative, commitment, reliability, conscientiousness

• Shares the vision and has a deep understanding and love for Self:Cervix’s work, bonus if is doing or has done the courses

• Excellent written English

Additional details

• 8 hours per week

• Salary based on hourly rate

• Remote work

• Must be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays (AEST) for team meetings and to support the team on these days
